Steve Bridwell

Steve Bridwell is a seasoned professional in the fields of physical therapy and fitness, currently serving as the Regional Director of New York at Fox Rehabilitation since December 2010. With a strong background in martial arts, Steve has also been a Martial Arts Instructor at Sitan Gym since January 2005. Their experience includes working as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at The Matrix Fitness Center from August 2007 to August 2011. Steve holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University, obtained between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Queens College, completed from 1999 to 2004.
