Paul Muzopappa

Paul Muzopappa has extensive experience in both military and healthcare settings. As an Army Reservist since 1989, roles have included Radio Operator/Maintainer and Medical Surgical Nurse, culminating in responsibilities as the Officer in Charge of a Soldier Readiness Processing Team. In the civilian sector, Paul has served in various nursing and management positions, notably as the Manager of Government Payer Ambulatory Quality Programs at Tower Health, where oversight of Meaningful Use and MIPS programs for over 500 clinicians was key. Previous positions include Meaningful Use Coordinator at Reading Health System and Clinical Management Consultant at Greencastle Associates Consulting, showcasing a strong proficiency in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and project management within healthcare. Paul holds a Master of Science in Nursing Management and Leadership and multiple nursing and paramedic certifications.
