Lindsay Stone, CMP

Lindsay Stone, CMP, has a diverse range of work experience in the event planning and management industry. Starting in 2002 at Crowne Plaza Madison, they worked as a Crowne Meetings Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of planned events, including client interaction, staff management, and billing. In 2012, they interned at the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, assisting with the planning of their Annual Scientific Session and coordinating event information. Lindsay then joined Heidel House Resort & Spa in 2014 as an Event Manager, where they managed and generated profitable business through various event segments, and planned events from start to finish. In 2015, they became a member of the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE). Lindsay's most recent role was at Fox World Travel, where they worked as a Program Coordinator and later transitioned to a Program Manager position in 2019.

Lindsay Stone, CMP, obtained their Associate's degree in Meeting and Event Management from Madison Area Technical College from 2010 to 2013. In May 2018, they also received the Certified Meeting Professional certification from the Events Industry Council.
