Alberto Hernandez, D.Eng is a highly experienced professional with a background in engineering, information technology, and program management. With a Doctor of Engineering degree from The George Washington University, Alberto has held various roles in organizations such as Foxhole Technology, US Army, Booz Allen Hamilton, and USDA. Alberto retired from the Army of the United States as a Lieutenant Colonel and has extensive experience in systems engineering, cybersecurity, and IT policy and planning.
