Mahmoud Abu Sharkh has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2012, they were a Sales Representative for Bayt.com, where they serviced existing accounts, obtained orders, and established new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules. In 2013, they became a Program Manager for Kognitive Marketing, where they managed 12-18 Reps in different teams and managed performance of new hires and reps after training and re-training. In 2016, they joined Book4Time Inc. as an Enterprise Account Executive, where they generated new leads through cold calling, social selling, emailing, and trade shows, and targeted net new businesses in the hospitality industry. In 2019, they became a Senior Account Executive at Seam Labs, and in 2020 they were a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Speakol. Most recently, in 2021, they joined FoxPush as both Head of Publishers and Sales Director.

Mahmoud Abu Sharkh obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Modern Sciences and Arts University between 2008 and 2012. In December 2016, they also obtained a certification in Customer Centric Selling from CustomerCentric Selling\u00ae.
