Tabitha Melvin

Tabitha Melvin has an extensive work history in talent acquisition and strategy. Tabitha started their career at Bar Louie in 2002, where they held various roles including Field HR Manager, Server, and eventually became the Director of Talent Acquisition and Strategy. In 2018, they joined Rōti as a Talent Acquisition Manager and later became the Director of Talent Acquisition. Most recently, Tabitha joined Foxtrot in 2021 as the Director of Talent before being promoted to Senior Director of Talent in 2023.

Tabitha Melvin earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement and Psychology from Western Illinois University between 1997 and 2001. In 2012, they obtained the certification of PHR, Professional in Human Resources, from SHRM.
