Noelle Smiley

Noelle has worked for FP Complete for more than seven years and worn numerous hats during her tenure here. Before joining FP Complete, Noelle worked for the CEO and Founder of a leading biotech company and as a legal assistant at several AmLaw100 firms in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, banking, and public finance law. Leveraging her strong legal and administrative background, Noelle oversees our Corporate Services and Marketing departments and is a frequent contributor to many of our blog articles. Noelle is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and English. Noelle also attended Creighton University School of Law, where she met her husband, David. Noelle is a founding member of the local chapter of the National Charity League, where she frequently volunteers with her two daughters. In her spare time, Noelle enjoys reading, riding bikes, and spending quality with her family in the town of Cardiff, a coastal suburb of San Diego.
