Sarah Yadira Medren

Sarah Yadira Medren, MBA, CPM has extensive experience in the property management field. Sarah Yadira is currently the Director of Operations at FPI Management, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Executive Regional Portfolio Manager at FPI Management from February 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining FPI Management, Sarah worked at IREM Orange County, where they held the roles of Vice President of Programs from January 2021 to September 2023, and Executive Councilor of Member Services and Board Member from October 2018 to January 2021.

Sarah also has experience at Greystar, where they worked as a Regional Manager from September 2017 to August 2021. Sarah Yadira has also worked as the Director of Operations at Investment Property Group (IPG), overseeing a portfolio of 7,000 Conventional and Tax Credit Apartments across 14 U.S. states from August 2016 to September 2017.

Prior to that, Sarah served as the Regional Director/Asset Manager at The Lewis Group of Companies from September 2013 to August 2016. Sarah Yadira also held the position of President of Peer Connection at Pepperdine University from October 2011 to October 2013.

Sarah's earlier work experience includes roles such as Regional Manager at Western National Group from October 2011 to September 2013, Senior Regional Manager at Investors' Property Services from October 2006 to October 2011, and Property Manager at Alliance Residential/Prime Group from 2000 to 2006.

Sarah Yadira started their career as an Assistant Manager at Western National Group from 1995 to 1999. Sarah holds an MBA and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Sarah Yadira Medren holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from the same institution, studying from 2011 to 2014. Sarah also holds a Real Estate License from Allied American University, obtained in 2014. In addition, they have an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Santa Ana College, completed in 1999. Sarah has further certification as a Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), obtained in 2020.
