Frances Sun

Frances is a Director on Ferguson Partners’ Executive Search team and is based in firm’s Tokyo office. Her focus is on sourcing and executing real estate assignments throughout Japan and Asia.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, she co-founded Grand Harbour Investment Management based in Tokyo, where she was responsible for the firm’s business development efforts and provided investment advisory services on cross-border real estate, infrastructure and energy opportunities. Previously, Frances was with Tishman Speyer for 9 years, working across business development, relationship management, corporate planning, leadership development roles in Asia and Europe. She has previous executive search experience in China/Asia. Frances started her career as an international lawyer practicing in the corporate and commercial, banking and finance and real estate sectors in China and Australia.

Frances earned her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws double degree from Australia’s Monash University.

In her spare time, Frances enjoys music and art. She also practices yoga, tango and ballet.
