Lindsay Wilhusen

Lindsay Wilhusen is a Director at FPL Associates and Head of the firm’s Survey Practice, based in Chicago, IL. Ms. Wilhusen leads and oversees the day-to-day operations of the survey team, which produces 20 to 30 surveys annually within the real estate and related industries. Ms. Wilhusen collaborates with many prominent real estate trade associations and companies on the development and execution of surveys that address a variety of topics including compensation, benefits, hiring and staffing, Board of Director composition and compensation, and organizational practices, among others.

During her time at FPL, the survey group has expanded the number of surveys conducted annually, as well as the subject matter and asset focus and participation in the surveys overall. The group also grew international representation in the surveys by opening participation to Mexico, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining FPL, Ms. Wilhusen worked as a Senior Technology Analyst at Willis Towers Watson in the company’s Employee Engagement Survey Practice.

Ms. Wilhusen holds a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Master’s degree in Information Systems with a focus on Business Intelligence from DePaul University. When she’s not working, Ms. Wilhusen enjoys traveling around the world.
