Mark J. Momongan

Mark Momongan is a Managing Director based in Ferguson Partners’ Chicago office, where he focuses on senior management recruitment within the public and private real estate sectors. Mark has been instrumental in strengthening the firm’s global hospitality client base across the major hotel brands, REITs, private equity owners, management companies and developers. He is also active in the multifamily and industrial sectors and leads the firm’s Hospitality/Gaming Practice and Office/Industrial Practice.

Before joining Ferguson Partners, Mark worked as a Vice President at Flint Creek Partners, where he gained institutional real estate experience raising capital for discretionary funds and programmatic/entity-level joint ventures. His responsibilities included all facets of transaction execution, fund marketing and investor relations. Prior to joining Flint Creek, Mark served as an Associate at Prudential Securities’ Investment Banking Group and in the Chicago office of Houlihan Lokey.

Mark earned his Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Georgetown University and his MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School. When the weekend rolls around, Mark likes to spend his time taking his children fishing, attending their hockey games and playing ice hockey himself on two recreational teams.
