Jessica Casey

Jessica Casey is a Director based in Ferguson Partners’ New York office. Jessica leads and executes real estate search assignments across the United States. She also participates in the firm’s Diversity, PE/REIM and Multifamily Practices.

Jessica specializes in project and client management, candidate development and evaluation and the presentation of qualified candidates to clients. She has conducted searches across multiple management levels for national real estate owners, operators and developers, as well as private equity and investment management platforms. Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Jessica honed her search management and research skills by working at Rhodes Associates, a New York-based real estate executive search firm, and gained experience in commercial real estate by serving on CBRE’s New York City research team.

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning with a minor in Architecture from The University of Virginia. In her free time, Jessica enjoys taking excursions to the beach and spending time with her friends and family.
