Megan Blankemeyer

Megan Blankemeyer is a Director in the Compensation Consulting group at FPL Associates and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ms. Blankemeyer is responsible for providing research and strategic advice to Boards of Directors and executive management teams at both publicly traded and privately held companies. Ms. Blankemeyer has over 10 years of experience in broad-based and executive compensation consulting and administration, including strategy development, program evaluation and design, salary administration, and incentive plan management.

Prior to joining FPL, Ms. Blankemeyer served as a Director on FTI Consulting’s Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance Solutions team. She assisted both private and public companies on a wide array of compensation, governance and strategic matters. In her previous roles, Ms. Blankemeyer served as the compensation subject matter expert for Sunbelt Rentals, a heavy equipment rental company with over 10,000 employees in North America, and Collins Aerospace, where she managed programs for 14 business lines and more than 40,000 employees worldwide.

Ms. Blankemeyer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte. She is a Certified Compensation Professional and a member of WorldatWork, and she also serves on the Board for the local network affiliate, Charlotte Area Compensation Council. In her free time, Ms. Blankemeyer enjoys baking, hiking and traveling.
