Thaddeus Rada-Bayne

Thaddeus Rada-Bayne is a Vice President in the Survey Practice group at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s Chicago office. He focuses on the design, execution, and reporting of surveys in the real estate and related industries, covering a range of topics, including compensation and benefits data, perceptions of support for diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and assessments of company culture.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Thaddeus worked in both applied and academic capacities as an organizational psychologist. His consulting experience covers a variety of areas, including projects measuring employee sentiment in auto sales roles, designing hiring systems in the entertainment industry, and revising and delivering promotional assessments in the public service sector. His academic work has focused primarily on teaching courses and mentoring students at the undergraduate level in liberal arts settings.

Thaddeus has a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from Bowling Green State University.
