Leonardo Zecchini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer and product support within the industrial and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Customer & Product Support, Digital at FPT Industrial since March 2019, Leonardo oversees global responsibilities in customer and product support, including remote and field technical assistance, technical training, and connected services. Prior roles at CNH Industrial include various management positions focused on technical support across Europe and the EMEA region. With prior experience at IVECO Ltd, where roles encompassed technical service management and process improvements, as well as an engineering background with a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Leonardo combines technical knowledge with leadership capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
