Beth is an accomplished retail industry executive with over 30 years of experience in leading iconic brands across the food, drug, apparel, and outdoor gear industries. She has worked with public, private, co-op and private equity companies delivering transformational growth with a proven track record of delivering value creation and customer satisfaction in Canada and the U.S. Beth is known for developing and implementing strategies that leverage innovation and consumer data to grow high performing businesses. Beth is recognized for building and leading high-performance cultures that value people and unleash their true potential to drive results.

Along with working closely with the team at Fractal, Beth currently chairs the Recreational Equipment, Inc, (REI) Board of Directors, as well as, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Heartisan Foods. Beth has a passion for developing and executing growth strategies, scaling businesses, and growing talent both as an operating executive and now as a director, advisor, and mentor.

Most recently, Campbell retired from Giant Eagle as the President of Supermarkets leading during a time of rapid growth defined by a period of record comp store sales, market share expansion and transformational growth in the e-commerce business. Beth was a 26-year Executive at Delhaize leading its highest performing banner as the President of Hannaford to a health and wellness strategy and then repositioning and driving transformational change to successfully turn around the business model, culture, and brand at Food Lion as the President. On top of massive and long-standing shifts in the strategy and business results, Beth is most proud of founding Food Lion Feeds program which continues today and is approaching serving one billion meals toward hunger-relief for our most vulnerable and underserved populations.
