Rohini Singh

Rohini Singh is currently the Chief People Officer at Fractal since May 2019. Previously, Rohini held the position of General Manager-Human Capital at the same company. Prior to Fractal, Rohini was the Head Talent Management & HR Transformation at Jet Airways from June 2016 to May 2019. Rohini also served as the Head International HR & Compensation and Benefits at Essar from April 2013 to June 2016. With a background in Psychology, Rohini worked as a Program Manager-Global Talent Acquisition at Essar from June 2007 to September 2011. Before that, Rohini was a Consultant at Amrop India from 2005 to 2007. Their education includes a Master's degree in Psychology from Delhi University and a B.A. Hons. in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
