Rohini Singh

Rohini Singh is the current Chief People Officer at Fractal. Rohini has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management and HR Transformation. Prior to joining Fractal, Ms. Singh was the Head of Talent Management & HR Transformation at Jet Airways, where they were responsible for the entire gamut of HR activities, employee engagement, and talent management. Ms. Singh has also served as the Head of Human Resources at The MobileStore Limited and as the Head of International HR & Compensation and Benefits at Essar. In their role as Program Manager-Global Talent Acquisition at Essar, Ms. Singh was responsible for the entire gamut of HR activities, employee engagement, and talent management.

Rohini Singh has a Master's degree in Psychology from Delhi University and a B.A. Hons. in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College For Women. Rohini also attended Vasant Valley school.
