Thomas Ryan has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles in operations and supply chain management. Thomas has a strong background in the healthcare industry, having worked at companies such as Fractyl Health, Ultivue, Pillar Biosciences Incorporated, Insulet Corporation, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Medica Corporation, Siemens Healthcare, and H.C. Starck. Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in manufacturing strategy, process improvement, quality control, and team management. Thomas has led multiple successful projects, including the build-out of laboratory suites, FDA site certification, and implementation of lean methodologies. Thomas has a track record of driving continuous improvement and cost savings within organizations.

Thomas Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1981. Thomas later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Babson College, which they completed in 2001.
