Alberto Ollé

Alberto Ollé has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles since 2008. Alberto began their career at Factor Humano-Consultoría y outsourcing en RRHH, where they served as a Human Resources Representative from August 2008 to January 2012. In this role, they acted as an internal consultant, analyzing and recommending solutions to human resources issues, advising management on HR plans and policies, and managing the Performance Management Program.

In 2012, Alberto joined Fragomen, where they have held different positions. Alberto started as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for designing and implementing the Performance Management Program, recruitment and integration processes, as well as updating the Job Description and Competencies Manual. Since March 2022, they have been promoted to the role of Senior Human Resources Manager, where they continue to utilize their expertise in managing HR functions.

Alberto Ollé has a diverse educational background in the field of psychology and related areas. Alberto began their educational journey at the Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Licenciatura in Psychology. Following this, they pursued further specialization in Sexual Education from 2011 to 2012 at Fundación Sexpol, earning a Master's degree in Sexuality and Gender. Most recently, they attended ESNECA Business School from 2021 to 2022, where they obtained a Master's degree in Holistic Psychology and Coaching. Clearly, Alberto Ollé has been committed to expanding their knowledge and expertise in various aspects of psychology and related fields throughout their educational history.
