Andrea Ochoa Reyes has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Andrea started their career as an Auxiliar Legal at Empresas Polar in 2010. From there, they worked as a Junior Associate at ESC+G Abogados, where they handled labor litigation and administrative proceedings for national and transnational companies in Venezuela. Following this, they joined NP Legal, S.C. as a Partner, providing labor, immigration, and corporate advice to national companies in Venezuela. Andrea also drafted various legal documents during their time there.

In 2013, Andrea began working at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello as an Asistente de cátedra de Derecho Internacional Privado. Andrea then transitioned to Fragomen, where they held several roles. As a Senior Consultant for Bolivia, Ecuador, and Venezuela, they provided immigration services for clients. Later, they became a Manager Colombia & Venezuela, leading a team and overseeing inbound immigration processes in those countries. Andrea also took on additional responsibilities, such as leading the outbound practice of the Andean Region and managing document service teams and consular processes. In their most recent role at Fragomen, they served as a Business Immigration Manager Colombia & Venezuela, continuing their responsibilities with immigration processes and providing legal opinions on immigration law and strategies.

Prior to Fragomen, Andrea worked as a Senior Associate at InterJuris Abogados, S.C. Andrea handled labor litigation for both national and transnational companies in Venezuela, including representing clients in labor courts and administrative proceedings. Andrea also drafted various legal documents.

Then, in 2019, Andrea enrolled at Universidad Católica de Colombia, where they obtained a second degree in Law.
