Erika Vodvarka

Erika Vodvarka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Erika began their career at Carlson Companies in 2003 as a Learning & Development Professional and worked in that role until 2008. Erika then joined Carlson Wagonlit Travel as an Organizational Development Specialist from 2008 to 2010. Following this, Erika worked at Ceridian as a Recruiting Implementation Consultant from 2010 to 2011. Erika then moved to Carlson and held the positions of Recruiter from 2011 to 2013 and HR Generalist from 2013 to 2014. Erika's experience also includes being an HR Manager at Philips Healthcare from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at Fragomen, where they started as an HR Immigration Coordinator in 2016 and progressed to the role of Supervising HR Immigration Coordinator from 2018 to 2021. Erika is currently working as a Client Services Supervisor at Fragomen since 2021.

Erika Vodvarka obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Erika further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from 2007 to 2010.
