Imran Riaz

Imran Riaz has a strong background in IT services and support. Imran started their career at MRI Worldwide Dubai as an IT Administrator, where they were responsible for managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and network resources. Imran then moved on to Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, working as an IT Consultant, where they were in charge of monitoring and supporting IT services and operations. Most recently, Imran worked at Fragomen as a Senior System Analyst, where they provided 1st and 2nd line support and managed log calls. Imran is currently serving as the Lead IT Services Specialist at Fragomen.

Imran Riaz holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Virtual University in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in CCNA from Cisco and MCP from Microsoft.
