Lauren Staley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lauren started their career as a Fire Safety Crew Supervisor at the Department of Housing, University of New Hampshire in 2008 and held this position until July 2011. In 2011, they transitioned into the education sector and worked as an English as a Foreign Language Teacher at the International Language Academy from September 2011 to February 2012. Lauren then shifted to the legal field and joined Harmon Law Offices, P.C. as a Legal Assistant from August 2012 to September 2013. Lauren continued their legal career at Fragomen, where they held multiple roles. Lauren started as a Senior Immigration Paralegal from September 2013 to April 2017. This was followed by a promotion to Business Immigration Supervisor / Supervising Paralegal, a role they held from May 2017 to May 2020. Currently, Lauren works at Fragomen as a Project Manager, starting in May 2020.

Lauren Staley attended the University of New Hampshire from 2007 to 2011, where they received a B.A. degree. Their major was in Russian and they also pursued a B.A. in Political Science during their time there. In 2011, they completed a Teach English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certification program at the TEFL Institute - Benedict School. Additionally, in 2010, Lauren studied Russian as a Foreign Language at Saint Petersburg State University.
