Katie Cross

Katie Cross is an experienced professional in government affairs and policy management, currently serving as the Head of Programs Management & Policy Insights at the Fragrance Creators Association since July 2019. In this role, Katie has developed a data insights program to analyze trends and support the CEO in aligning various association programs with regulatory and legislative goals. Previously, Katie held positions as Director of Government Affairs and Manager of Government Affairs, where responsibilities included monitoring legislative developments, setting policy positions, and organizing advocacy efforts. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at Blakey & Agnew LLC, focusing on legislative analysis related to transportation and infrastructure, along with earlier positions in various governmental and research settings. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
