Njomza Halimi

Njomza Halimi is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kin + Carta, responsible for proactively sourcing candidates and conducting initial screenings. Prior experience includes roles as a Community Manager/Recruiter at Povio, a Business Development Representative at UCXmarket, and a Supporting Psychologist at Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina." Njomza has also served as the Coordinator of Volunteers for United Nations Volunteers and completed an internship at SOS Children's Villages Kosovo. Njomza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kolegji AAB and completed education at Xhevdet Doda from 2010 to 2013.
