Shivangi Kandpal

Shivangi Kandpal has been working in the Human Resources field since 2019. Shivangi started as a Human Resource Intern at ReadColors Technologies, where they created a system of attendance management and analysed the absenteeism of employees. Shivangi also conducted onboarding formalities in alignment to corporate practices both internal and statutory formalities. Additionally, they conducted Performance Management Monthly Sessions to eye out any differences between the management and the employees.
