Ingrid Hood

Ingrid Hood currently serves as the Chief People Officer at FRAMECAD since February 2022. Previously, Ingrid held the roles of Programme Manager Employee Experience and Senior Learning and Development Manager COVID at Whakarongorau Aotearoa from January 2021 to June 2022. Ingrid's experience includes serving as People and Culture Manager at Piritahi and various positions at Fonterra Brands New Zealand, including Culture and Leadership Development Manager/HRBP and Learning and Development Manager Leadership. Prior roles also include Retail Sales Academy Manager at Spark New Zealand and Learning and Development Manager positions at House of Travel and Bunnings, along with serving as Training and Quality Manager at Sitel and Training Manager at Repco.
