Aurelien Lourot has worked in software engineering since 2007. Since 2022, they have been working as a Freelance Software Engineer at Frameright, where they have been developing PHP, TypeScript, and ES2022 for a WordPress plugin leveraging cropping-related image metadata, using Web Components (lit. dev).

Aurelien Lourot studied Computer Science from 2004 to 2008 at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they attained an Engineer and Master's Degree. Aurelien then continued their studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Engineer's Degree.
