Mareka Glaza

Mareka Glaza serves as a Partnerships and Business Development Associate at Framework Homeownership since June 2023, previously holding the position of Partner and Customer Success Associate. Mareka has been a Chapter Lead for Women of Customer Success since February 2024 and has an extensive background in education, having taught as an Elementary School Teacher at Pflugerville ISD from August 2018 to June 2023, and as a Bilingual Teacher at Manor ISD from August 2011 to May 2018. Mareka has additional experience as a Spanish Interpreter at Sonrisas Therapy and as a Recreation Coordinator at Bay Cliff Health Camp. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Michigan, along with participation in Texas Teaching Fellows and a Customer Success Management course at RecastSuccess.
