Natalia Valdes

Natalia Valdes is an English Teaching Assistant at France Éducation International since October 2022, where responsibilities include planning and leading classes to enhance students' spoken and written English skills. Previously, at the Women's Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh from January 2019 to August 2022, Natalia served as a Refugee, Immigrant, and Limited-English Team Consultant and Specialty Legal Advocate, providing comprehensive support and advocacy for immigrant and refugee survivors of intimate partner violence. Earlier experience includes roles at Jewish Family and Community Services of Pittsburgh as an Immigrant Services and Connections Intern, as well as internships in wildlife rehabilitation and data analysis. Natalia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and French from Franklin & Marshall College, completed in 2018.
