Mark Fryer

Mark Fryer has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Mark currently serves as Group Chief Financial Officer at Franchise Brands plc. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Anexo Group plc. Mark also held the position of Group Finance Director at Augean PLC and Group Finance Director at Dialight PLC. Additionally, they have experience as Interim CFO at Bridon International Ltd and Interim Finance Director at Nualight Ltd. Mark Fryer started their career as a Senior Accountant at EY and later served as Finance Director at GKN PLC and Financial Controller at Cable & Wireless PLC. Mark has a strong background in finance and has worked in various industries throughout their career.

Mark Fryer attended Silcoates School from 1977 to 1985. Mark then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial Economics and Accounting from the University of Nottingham from 1985 to 1988.
