Chase Blevins currently serves as Compliance Counsel at Francis Energy, LLC, since January 2025, providing legal guidance and overseeing compliance for a leading electric vehicle charging network. Previously, Blevins worked as the Director of Legal & Business Affairs at Piping Enterprise Company, Inc., where oversight included Legal, Human Resources, and IT operations, and strategic partnership with the executive team to develop business strategies. Experience also includes serving as a Student Associate at the Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic at the University of Wisconsin Law School, assisting entrepreneurs with corporate formation, and earlier roles including an In-House Legal Intern at Piping Enterprise and Messenger at the Oklahoma House of Representatives. Blevins holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s of Science in Agribusiness with a Pre-Law option from Oklahoma State University.
