David Hochheiser

David Hochheiser has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. David currently serves as the VP of Payer Strategy and Contracting at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System. Prior to this role, they worked at BCBS LA as the SVP of Provider Networks and Value Based Contracting, where they were responsible for provider reimbursement methodology and strategy. In addition, they worked at Trover Solutions as the SVP of Payment Integrity, leading the growth of the Payment Integrity Division. David also held the position of Senior Manager Healthcare Analytics at Accenture, where they led the go-to-market strategy for claims analytic innovation. Furthermore, they served as the Vice President of Payment Cycle Management and Vice President of Hospital Solutions Business Unit at Ingenix, driving growth and profitability for both divisions. David also managed the Data Analytic Product Solutions at Ingenix, focusing on productivity and profitability. Earlier in their career, they worked at HSS, Inc as the Director of Analytic Product Solutions and at Monterey Bay Group/eHealthFIRST as the Director of Research & Application Development. David began their career at Health Process Management, Inc as a Director, responsible for data analysis and coding for healthcare claims reporting.

David Hochheiser attended the University of Vermont from 1985 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Science Mathematics. David also pursued studies in Computer Science at the same university. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics at the University of Vermont. David then went on to study Applied Mathematics at the University of Arizona from 1990 to 1995.
