Jonas Håbecker

Jonas H. is currently serving as a First Officer for Swiss International Air Lines since November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Research and Development Engineer at ANDRITZ Soutec AG, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of the 5S methodology, creation and optimization of process workflows, application of various statistical methods, development of machine-learning algorithms, and conducting materials testing. Jonas also has experience as a CNC-Operator at Büchi AG and Bruno Lehmann AG, where programming and optimizing CNC machines were key tasks. Additional experience includes serving as a Military Pilot in the Swiss Army and completing military service. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Aviation UAS from ZHAW School of Engineering and an ATPL(A) from the European Flight Academy.
