The Role

Frank & Eileen is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our highly collaborative, nimble and entrepreneurial team. In partnership with internal teams and partner agencies, this role will be an integral part of driving the overall growth and success of our business. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams and is accountable for, in partnership with managing agencies, all paid digital channels including, but not limited to, Meta, Google, YouTube and Rakuten. The Digital Marketing Manager will understand the company goals and adjust digital strategy accordingly. We are seeking a candidate with strong retail/ecommerce experience, and a mind for strategy, implementation, and measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage performance marketing across various digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, CTV, and affiliate; communicate the priorities to external agencies and ensure they have the support to execute flawlessly.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure creative content and copy is up to date and optimized to be most effective for each channel, reach the target audience, and drive sales goals.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to improve ROAS and help achieve acquisition and retention goals; adapts quickly to optimize.

  • Provide consistent and actionable performance analysis, reporting, and insights that feed back into the future strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ad formats, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our paid media strategies.

  • Develop and manage annual performance marketing budget across multiple paid channels to ensure optimal performance and ROAS.

  • Identify strategic opportunities for channel expansion and present a case and roadmap to be effective on any new channels.

  • Ad hoc projects as needed.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of ecommerce experience is required, with experience directly managing paid media.

  • Passionate about Frank & Eileen, our mission, and fashion.

  • Fashion / luxury experience a plus.

  • Direct experience working with Meta advertising is required. Google, Tiktok, and Affiliate experience a plus. Solid understanding of channel mix and best practices of each.

  • Highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and data driven with a growth-driven mindset.

  • Impeccable attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy.

  • Initiative - a self-starter and looks for areas needing improvement.

  • Data driven - experience with Excel / Google Sheets and Slides to analyze and communicate marketing performance; strong acumen for data synthesis.

  • Adaptable - able to work in a dynamic often ambiguous environment.

  • Nimble - able to handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines.

  • Problem solver - with an analytical and inquisitive mind.

  • Detail-oriented - ability to consistently communicate and follow up on priorities.

Compensation

Salary Range of $80,000-$100,000
