Blum Construction
Alexandra Carroll currently serves as a Preconstruction Project Coordinator at Frank L. Blum Construction Company since February 2023 and has been with Guilford Metro 911 as an Emergency Communication Specialist II since November 2017. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University, expected in December 2023. Additionally, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology was obtained from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completing studies in May 2017.
