Andrew Hays

Andrew Hays is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as Project Executive at Blum Construction since October 2021, Andrew has overseen the UNC Central Generator Plant project, which enhances electric power generation for UNC Hospitals. Prior roles include Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent at LeChase Construction, managing projects such as the Merck DS4 Architectural Fit Out and multiple office and facility renovations. Andrew's experience also encompasses project management and quality control from previous positions at Lend Lease, Charles R. Underwood, Inc. Pumping, Western Summit Constructors Inc., The Lane Construction Corporation, and Multivista. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University.
