Amanda Conder has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Amanda started their career in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at Yogeeze Frozen Yogurt, where they managed daily operations and provided excellent customer service. In 2015, they worked as a Membership Associate at Geneva Lakes Family YMCA, where they used their communication skills to increase membership numbers. Amanda also worked as a Phonathon Caller at Edgewood College, where they built relationships with prospective donors and developed active listening and speaking skills.

In 2016, Amanda interned as a Social Media and Event Planning Intern for The Mascot Theory, where they managed the band's Twitter account and significantly increased the weekly views. Amanda also served as a Summer Marketing Assistant at Memorial Union in 2017.

In 2018, Amanda became an Assistant General Manager at Jimmy John's, where they gained experience in management and leadership. Amanda then joined Ogden's North Street Diner in 2019 as a Server, where they developed skills in building meaningful relationships, effective communication, multitasking, and prioritizing.

Most recently, Amanda joined Frank Productions in 2021 as a Marketing Coordinator. Overall, Amanda's work experience demonstrates their strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle customer service, and proficiency in marketing and social media management.
