Francesca Contardi

Francesca Contardi has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles in the staffing and recruitment industry. Francesca is currently the Executive Vice President and Philadelphia Location Leader at Frank Recruitment Group, a global leader in IT staffing. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President and Location Leader for Nelson and Washington Frank at the same company.

Before joining Frank Recruitment Group, Contardi co-founded and co-owned EasyHunters, a company they were involved with from 2016 until 2023. Francesca also worked as the General Secretary at Aiceo- Associazione italiana CEO from 2018 to 2022.

In earlier positions, Contardi held the role of Vice President at Assolavoro and served as the Managing Director at Page Group. Francesca was also the CEO/Managing Director at Page Personnel, where they played a key role in the company's growth, reducing internal turnover and diversifying the client portfolio.

Contardi's career began at Adecco Spa, where they served as the Centre/South Area Manager and played a pivotal role in establishing the company's presence in Italy. Francesca also held managerial roles at LT Lavoro temporaneo Spa and Director at Michael Page.

Throughout their career, Contardi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business development acumen, and a track record of successfully managing and growing companies.

Francesca Contardi has a varied education history. In 1996-1997, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Stoà Istituto di Studi per la Direzione e Gestione di Impresa. Francesca also holds a Laurea in economia con specializzazione in gestione della produzione industriale from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, which they earned from 1989-1995. In 1991-1992, they received a Master's degree in Total Quality from the European Foundation For Total Quality. In 2012, they completed an Executive Master from Cfmt. In 2014, they attended the London Business School for a Leadership Executive Master program. Francesca then pursued a Specialization Course in health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition from 2020-2021. In the same period, they also obtained an ACTP International Coach Federation and NLP Coach certificate from Allenati per l'Eccellenza. Francesca Contardi further enhanced their qualifications by becoming an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in October 2021 and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2021.
