Ryan O Shaughnessy

Ryan O Shaughnessy is currently the Head of Client Development & Commercial Management at Frank Recruitment Group, where Ryan also serves as the Head of Permanent Recruitment in Germany and the Head of Microsoft Cloud, Collaboration & Modern Workplace. Additionally, Ryan is the Chairman of the DACH Diversity Matters Committee. Previously, Ryan held various positions at Nigel Frank International, including Manager and Team Leader focusing on Microsoft SharePoint, Cloud & Infrastructure in the DACH region. Before that, Ryan worked as a Language Teacher at sprachcenter Moroum, teaching English to children in kindergartens and primary schools in Berlin. Ryan O Shaughnessy holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and History from Maynooth University.
