Virginia Sheynkman-Haggas

Virginia Sheynkman-Haggas has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and operations. Virginia began their career as a National Full Desk IT Recruiter at MRINetwork in 2004 and later worked as the Director of Operations and Recruiting at NetTuner, Inc./WebMasters. In this role, they oversaw operations, managed a team of over 200 employees, and developed key partnerships resulting in significant revenue.

Virginia then joined Diversified SS as the IT Staffing Market Lead before moving on to become the Manager of National Account Management and Delivery at Hays. At Hays, they managed a team of 15+ people and was responsible for recruiting technical talent, conducting interviews, and negotiating contracts.

Following their time at Hays, Virginia worked as the Director of the IT Recruiting Division at KLA Industries Executive Search for Plastics & Packaging, where they spearheaded the formation of the division and recruited technical talent for various industries.

Virginia then joined Eliassen Group as the Branch Director, where they managed the Tampa/FL IT Division and was involved in all aspects of recruiting, client relationships, and business development.

Prior to their current role at Frank Recruitment Group as the Vice President of Customer Solution Operations, Client Management, and Solution Design, Virginia served as the Vice President and Head of JFI Delivery at Jefferson Frank.

Throughout their career, Virginia has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed teams, developed effective systems, and driven operational best practices. Virginia is experienced in sales strategy, business development, and establishing strong relationships with clients.

From 1998 to 2002, Virginia Sheynkman-Haggas attended American University, where they studied International Politics and International Business.
