Magdalena Forgiel

Magdalena Forgiel is an experienced food safety and quality professional with a strong background in the bakery industry. Currently serving as Food Safety and Quality Manager at Frank Roberts & Sons Limited since January 2023, Magdalena previously held positions as Senior NPD Technologist at Zeelandia UK Ltd and The Village Bakery Group. Magdalena's extensive experience at Roberts Bakery, where roles included Development Technologist and Quality Assurance Technician, provided a deep understanding of bakery quality processes, HACCP, BRC, GMP, and internal auditing. Early career experience includes work as a Production Operator at Roberts Bakery - Little Treats Bakery, contributing to the manufacture and decoration of baked goods. Magdalena holds a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics (English and Russian) from Uniwersytet Kazimierza Wielkiego.
