Keyaira Johnson has held a variety of positions in the past decade. In 2011, they began working as a Cashier at Boston Market. In 2013, they became a Flight Attendant for American Airlines. In 2015, they moved to Airport Terminal Services, where they held the roles of Station Operations Representative and Baggage Service Representative. In 2022, they began working as a Personal Vehicle Driver for UPS and an IBM IT Support Specialist Pre-Apprenticeship for Franklin Apprenticeships.

Keyaira Johnson is currently studying Web Development & Certified Internet Webmaster at PC Professor. Prior to this, they attended Jacksonville University, where they studied Fine/Studio Arts, General from 2011. Johnson also holds a High School Diploma from Palm Beach Lakes High School, which they obtained in 2009.
