Sandra McCarty has worked in various roles since 1998. Sandra started their career as a Client Staffing Manager at Alternative Resources Corporation, where they managed approximately 30 Information Technology Consultants and handled all aspects of human resource management. Sandra then worked as a Staffing Coordinator at Medical Staffing Network, a Human Resources Generalist at St. John’s Community Services, an Admissions Counselor and Coordinator of International and Graduate School Admissions at Mount Aloysius College, a Career Services Specialist at YTI Career Institute, a Career Coach at Three Wire Systems, and an Associate Director of Admissions and Advising for MMS/MHS Programs, Associate Director of Advising for Francis Worldwide, and Coordinator of Academic Advising for MMS/MHS/MPH Programs at Saint Francis University. Sandra McCarty obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Montgomery College between 1989 and 1992. Sandra then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland between 1992 and 1994. In 2004, they earned a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In 2012, they obtained two certifications, a Certified Federal Career Coach and a Certified Federal Job Search Trainer, from The Resume Place, Inc.
