Liz Buxton

Liz Buxton has a diverse work experience in the field of food services. From 2001 to 2009, they worked as the Director of Food Services at Bell Food Services. Following that, they joined the Mohawk Regional School System as the Director of Food and Nutrition Services from 2009 to 2013. Currently, Liz serves as the Director of Operations of the Western Mass. Food Processing Center at Franklin County Community Development Corporation, a position they have held since 2013.

Liz Buxton attended Springfield College from 1987 to 1989 and the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1999 to 2001. Their degree and field of study are unknown. Liz also holds the Serv-Safe Manager certification from the National Restaurant Association, which they obtained in April 1995.
