Jay Jolin

Jay Jolin currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Franklin Energy, overseeing Duke Energy's Home Energy House Call program, which has been a collaboration between Duke and Franklin for nearly a decade. Prior to this role, Jay held several positions in the US Army, including Operations Sergeant for Psychological Operations, where accountability systems were developed for a team of 15, and Deputy Director of the Information Support Team, managing military projects in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Additionally, Jay served as an Equal Opportunity Manager, advocating for victims of Equal Opportunity violations and training over 100 Soldiers on the program. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech.
