Miranda S. possesses extensive experience in program management and executive assistance within the energy efficiency sector. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at TFF since February 2018, and as a Program Manager at Franklin Energy Services since September 2014, Miranda has successfully developed a customer satisfaction energy efficiency assessment program, managed a team of over 30 staff, and collaborated with diverse stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
