Jennifer Head

Jennifer Head is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Director at Franklin Madison since April 2014, Jennifer Head has previously held various roles at Affinion Group, including Director, Senior Manager, and Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing medium to large projects, such as insurance carrier conversions and tool implementations. Prior to these roles, Jennifer Head gained experience in account management at Progeny and as an Executive Assistant at FISI-Madison. Jennifer Head holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy from the University of Tennessee at Martin, earned between 1993 and 1997.
