Tara Valenza Shrm-Scp

Tara Valenza, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Tara started their career in 1999 as an HR Coordinator at Solectron Global Services, where they were responsible for employee status changes and payroll management. In 2005, they became an HR Generalist at BACVA, handling hiring, terminations, payroll processing, and garnishments. Tara then moved on to Miltex, a division of Integra LifeSciences, where they served as an HR Administrator, conducting interviews, orientations, and resume screening. Tara later joined Kelly & Associates Insurance Group as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on various HR tasks until 2013. Currently, Tara is the Director of Human Resources at Franklin & Prokopik, where they bring their extensive HR experience to the role.

Tara Valenza, SHRM-SCP, SPHR studied at Kaplan College from 1994 to 1997, focusing on general studies. In addition to their education, they have obtained additional certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in June 2021 and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in July 2020.
