Currently serving as the Head of UCITS ETF Product Strategy at Franklin Templeton Investments, Rafaelle has previously held notable positions such as VP and Senior ETF Product Specialist for SPDR ETFs at State Street Global Advisors, and roles at RBS Markets & International Banking, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and HSBC Investments, focusing on structured products, product development, and derivatives analysis.
